Evid Impact has proudly worked with major events across 18 nations to to embed purpose at their heart - creating impact, building legacy and inspiring positive change.

Our work typically focuses on using the power and platform of the event to create social, sporting and economic impact while maximising positive environmental practices.

We do this prioritising impact through every phase of the event lifecycle – before, during and after the event.

Since the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, our team have been industry leaders at understanding and leveraging major events. Our work has touched the largest international world championships and multi-sport games, through to smaller national competitions and regional community events.

Recent work has included:

• Chairing the cross-government Legacy Working Group for UK & Ireland’s successful bid for UEFA EURO 2028. Subsequently leading cross-nation development of the strategic framework for impact and legacy.

• Major event legacy consultancy for UEFA, growing women’s football through leveraging UEFA Women’s EURO and UEFA Women’s Youth Competitions.

• Leading UK Sport’s efforts to power positive change through major events via supporting strategy, funding policy, effective knowledge transfer and mentoring organisers.

• Conducting multi-stakeholder consultations and workshops to co-develop powerful impact and legacy concepts for event hosts.

• Developing purpose partnerships for major events engaging public, private and charity sectors.
